Hello! I’m Ruth, Welcome! I am a passionate chef with a love for delicious Gluten and Dairy free food as I’m intolerant to both. As many are. I love making vegan and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious meat dishes. I grew up on a farm where fresh fruit and vege was just as important as the free range animals we raised.
I am presently a stay at home mum and to my two beautiful children, Georgia who is 2.5 and Hugo who is 6months. Life is pretty full on at the moment, they keep me on my toes!
I am also now studying health science to further my knowledge of how food interacts with your body.
Food shouldn’t just be fuel for the body. It’s a time to come together with the people you love to nourish the body as well as the soul.
