Matcha Protein Bliss Balls

IMG_3907.JPGI’ve taken some inspiration from my friend Erica from her Flourish page on Facebook  and made these tasty little balls..


1 cup almond meal
1 cup dried figs
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
4 dates
3 tsp matcha green tea powder
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp almond milk
4 drops spearmint pure essential oil

fancy coconut  to roll balls in

Place all dry ingredients in a food processor and blitz. Add the coconut oil, almond milk and spearmint oil, whiz again until mixture comes together.

Roll into balls, roll in the fancy coconut. Store in the fridge.
