Asparagus, Blue Cheese, Pear & Walnut Salad

2 bunches, asparagus, thinly sliced
1 peckams pear, small diced
1 block good quality blue cheese crumbled
1 yellow capsicum, finely diced
½ cup walnuts, toasted
1 bunch spring onion, finely sliced
1 lemon, zest and juice
¼ cup apple cider vinegar

Pan fry the asparagus in a little olive oil, until heated through but still crunchy. Mix all ingredients together. Serve.
