1.2kg beef mince
1 cup LSA
¼ cup curry powder
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into a log and slice ½ inch thick patties.
Chill until needed.
Heat the bbq to a med high heat and grill on both sides until cooked, flip a few times to prevent burning.
Build burgers with your fav fillings.
