Bread Maker recipe
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 tbsp dried active yeast
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup milk of choice (I used coconut milk)
6 tbsp olive oil
2 cup gluten free flour (I used Edmonds)
1/2 cup ground flaxseed (linseed)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup hemp protein powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp psyllium husk
2 tsp salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Combine wet ingredients together, set aside.
Combine dry ingredients together, mix in the wet ingredients. Scrape into bread maker pan set bread maker to gluten free or basic and let it do its thing..
Once baked take out, let the loaf sit in the pan for 5 minutes before turning out.
